We developed a custom internal information system (ERP) for Joer that digitizes the entire project lifecycle – from the initial price quote to final billing. The application replaces multiple isolated tools with a single centralized platform, enabling efficient customer relationship management (CRM), calculation creation, and real-time project cost tracking. A key component of the solution is the capacity planning module featuring an interactive calendar and precise time tracking for individual tasks (painting, assembly, formatting). The system provides management with a detailed overview of project profitability and employee utilization, significantly streamlining administrative and production processes.
